The Site is an informational presence for The Hobby Hub, a trading card gallery and lounge located in San Diego, California. Content on the Site — including descriptions of services, events, and inventory — is for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

All purchases, sales, trades, consignments, and appraisals occur in person at our shop, not through the Site. Any prices, availability, or quotes shown or discussed online are estimates and are subject to final review when you visit us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting viruses or other malicious code.

The Hobby Hub name, logo, and all original content on the Site are owned by The Hobby Hub and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Trademarks of card manufacturers and grading services mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Instagram or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure. Card values, market trends, and other information shared on the Site or in person are opinions based on our experience and should not be treated as investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hobby Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
